- Rental rates are subject to change at any time at the company's discretion, except for confirmed bookings, which will not be affected even if rates change subsequently. Similarly, the minimum stay requirement may vary at any time, either upwards or downwards, at the company's discretion.
- Minimum stay: 6 nights. Different minimum stays may apply depending on certain periods or certain rentals.
- To book a rental, a 25% deposit is required (it must be paid within a maximum of 15 days after placing an option). The balance of the stay must be paid 1 month before your arrival.
